Criminals occasionally serve the evil motivations of rulers.
Too much power in the hands of any entity ultimately becomes
oppressive, no matter how noble are the intentions of the
founders. Sometimes an evolving TYRANNY is masked by
fake laws and regulations,
like (for example)
in the U$A and Israel.
